The first RO Plant of Pathanamthitta dist. under Kudumbashree Mission was inaugurated on  05/03/2019  Adv.Geetha Suresh, Municipal Chairperson in the presence of Sr.K.Vidhu,Dist Mission Co-ordinator,Smt.Bindhu.V.C,MD KSWDC,Standing  Committee Chairman Sri.Jassimkuttuy,Sri.Saji.K.Simon and councillors.

 A group named “THELIMA” comprising of 4  members from  ward No.24 and 25 of Pathanamthitta  Municipality registred under NULM as an enterprise  for running the distribution system with a financial aid of Rs.150000  from bank of Baroda.The decided selling price per twenty litres of  can is Rs.35.

The total project cost Rs.25 lakhs is met by the municipality.
