NULM Urban Peview meeting

District Mission conducted the plan review meeting of municipal CDS as part of NULM.District Mission Co-ordinator,ADMC(NULM),NULM Managers,PMAY Managers,CDS Chairpersons,Member Secretaries and Accountants were attended the meeting.In the meeting, Hon. Mayor Kumari E.P.Latha handover the SEP interest subsidy cheque to Kannur municipal CDS Chairperson. .

NULM NIGHT SAMPLE SURVEY (SHELTER FOR URBAN HOMELESS)

A night sample survey was conducted in the Kannur Municipal Corporation for identifying the Urban homeless those who are sleeping and staying in the streets,public places,bus staions,railway stations,parks etc.The survey is conducetd under the Shelter for Urban Homeless programme of NULM with an aim to develop proper shelter for all Urban Homeless.Identified 25 homeless in the sample survey.Survey team consist of NULM tmanager, Kudumbashree Member Secretary, JHI(2nos), DDUGKY Block co-ordinator ASI and Civil Police Officers and driver

Sreevarikka Jackfruit -2017 April 08 to 12 .A joint effort of Kannur corporation CDS and Kudumbashree District Mission.The The fest aimed in the promotion of the use of Jackfruit and production of different items from Jackfruit. Exhibition and sales of different Jackfruit food items,Jackfruit plants,other natural food items,jackfriut food processing training and competitions for kudumbashree members are the programmes in the fest.Hon.Minister Sri.Ramachandhran Kadannappally inaugurated the fest over the meeting presided by the respected Mayor Kumari.E.P.Latha.

KUDUMBASHREE KANNUR DISTRICT MISSION ORGANIZING "OORIL ORU DINAM" PROGRAMME AT CHATHIROOR 110 COLONY AT ARALAM GRAMA PANCHAYATH. THE PROGRAMME WILL BEGIN AT 9.30 AM. THE MAIN AIM OF THE PROGRAMME IS TO FIND SOLUTIONS FOR THE VARIOUS PROBLEMS THAT WHICH FACED BYU THE TIBALS.
